Peppers   

Anaheim Long Red – Anaheim is a mild variety.  Use to add zest to corn, squash, beans and, of course, chili rellenos.  70 days.

 

Ancho – Delicious fresh or cooked in a variety of dishes, this heart shaped, dark green to mahogany red fruit is both flavorful and versatile.  75 days.

 

California Wonder – Crisp, sweet and large, dark green peppers are meaty and average 4 inches.  Fruit ripen red.  75 days.

 

Cayenne (hot) – The fruit is about 5 inches long, deep green when young and ripens to a brilliant red.  It has a fiery-hot flavor that’s perfect for seasoning.  72 days.

 

Habanero Red – The hottest pepper grown.  Wrinkled light-green skin matures to a bright red. Use gloves when handling.  95 days.

 

Hungarian Paprika – Excellent color sweet spicy flavor.  18” high plant with 5” long fruit.  Sweet very dry flesh is excellent for drying.  70 days.

 

Jalapeno (early) – Dark green pungent 3” hot peppers.  Excellent fresh or pickled.  Early maturing, compact plants produce small green peppers that slowly turn red as the fruit matures.  72 days.

 

Serrano Chili – Said to be one of the “hottest” peppers available!  Abundant small fruits ripen from dark green to deep crimson.  Excellent for making pepper sauce and hot chili sauce.  73 days.

 

Sweet Banana – Very sweet fruits with no trace of hotness turn light yellow when ripe.  Can be eaten at any size but best when picked at 6-7 inches long.  70 days.

 

Pumpkin

Mini Mix Pumpkin – Miniature pumpkins,  just 3inches across in orange or white.  Ideal for decorations, or cure fruits like gourds.  95 days.

 

Swiss Chard

Rudy Red – Vibrant, ruby red stalks add color to salads.  55 days.

 

Tomato

Black Cherry – Dark chocolaty-colored fruit.  Indeterminate 70 days.

 

Bloody Butcher – 2” fruit early maturing.  Indeterminate 55 days.

 

Chocolate Cherry – Chestnut and port wine colored fruit with delicious, multifaceted flavor.  Indeterminate 70 days.

 

Oregon Spring – Large Size and good flavor,  cool weather plant.  Determinate 65 days.

 

San Marzano Roma – Plum shaped fruit, excellent for sauce, paste, or canning.  Determinate 76 days.
